Sheri, our sales and copywriter manager got married! And has just returned from her honeymoon on a trip to Disney World and a Caribbean cruise. Unfortunately, that was also the last week to get your Lionel volume 2 preorders in; nice timing Sheri, but we did make it through it without her.  We wish her all the best!

We had three new folks join our team recently: Stephanie joined our warehouse staff and will be pulling all your orders and handling returns among other duties.  Erica has also just joined our team as a copywriter/photographer. We just have too many trains and not enough people to write about them .   Cindy has also joined our team, she will be a big help in dealing with the influx of inventory arriving almost on a daily basis.  Welcome Aboard!

We have recently become an official Lionel Service Station and passed the rather arduous process put in place by Lionel - a 17 question test and successfully repairing a Lionel Locomotive sent to us by Lionel with both Electronic and Mechanical problems.

Marty and Wayne, two of our three repairmen, went to the MTH factory this month and trained to become an Authorized MTH service station as well.  They passed with flying colors!  Good job guys!
