Lionel 3659 Operating Dump Car This is a Lionel 3659 Prewar Operating Coal Dump Car from 1938-42. When activated by a UCS or RCS track section (not included), the bin tilts and dumps out its load into a waiting tray. It features tinplate trucks with journals, solenoid couplers, metal wheels and axles. This car has been restroed. Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-2: Fair -- A non-professional restoration. Color, texture and finish clearly different from the original.
