Boley was formed in 1981. They made their own diecasts, distributed other brands and imported other toys. They started with mostly 1:38 scale sizes and their cars were inexpensive but well made.It wasn't until 2005 that they made their HO scale sized trucks. The cars were made by Smart Toys and also marketed by then as well.
