The roof on the caboose has a bent and mark in it. The smoke stack is also broken. The railings are bent on the tank car and one of the signs on the end is broken off and missing. The wheels on the locomotive are loose. This item was tested and only runs in reverse. The wheels show heavy run-time. This item shows signs of previous use and storage. This item has scratches, rust, scuffs, marks and paint loss throughout. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
