The locomotive is non-functional due to heavy physical damage and is being sold As-Is. The powered locomotive's shell is completely broken off of the chassis. The shell had been help on at some point prior with rubber bands however; these are now dry rotted and stuck to the trucks. Both locomotives have several broken and missing trim pieces. Both locomotives show heavy scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
