The popularity of our HO version of this model inspired us to offer this newly tooled locomotive to N scale modelers. Features include a plastic boiler, underframe, and tender frame, precision motor, separately applied detail parts and laser-cut exterior detailing, diecast fine scale driver spokes and dummy knuckle couplers. It comes DC-ready but does not have a decoder installed. This locomotive performs best on E-Z Track® curves with a minimum radius of 19 inches.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFirst introduced in the early 20th century, the 4-8-4 to rail yards by storm primarily hauling coal and other forms of freight across state lines in the US and rail-ways in various other countries.
