The tender shell has broken attachment pieces which is causing it to be loose and can easily come off. This item has small spots of rusting. The tender is missing screws. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are missing exterior detail pieces on the locomotive and the tender. The previous owner added some of the exterior detail pieces onto the locomotive. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
