Both eccentric cranks and some other small pieces from the side-rod assemblies are loose and partially detached. There is heavy corrosion on the sides of the locomotive. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
