There are various spots of paint loss and scratches on the shell and chassis of the locomotive and tender. There is rust on the wheels, axles, drawbar, and other metal trim pieces. The wheels show signs of heavy run-time. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
