The 2331 was the second FM Trainmaster introduced by Lionel in the postwar era -- the first being the 2321 Lackawanna from 1954. A common problem with Lionel‘s Trainmaster are the screwholes on each end of the shell. In most cases, hairline cracks are in the shell running from the bottom of the screwhole to the bottom of the shell. Locating a shell without these hairline cracks is rare. Features include dual motors, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating horn, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance.
