This locomotive's reversing switch is not operable. The engine cannot stay in the forward direction, but worked fine with the shell removed. This item displays scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. There are several chips in the paint along the edges of the locomotive and tender. Surface rust is present on the chassis, wheels, and axles of both the locomotive and tender, as well as heavier rust on the locomotive's drive rods. Both of the locomotive's front flag pieces are missing, as well as one of the electrical pickup rollers. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information.
