This item displays scratches across each surface. Spots of surface rust are present on the metal base and on the tower support beams. The top portion of the stair handrails is broken and bent out of shape. Rust is also present on the pin mounting the ramp to the body of the car, as well as on the underside of one of the couplers. The wheels show average run-time. This item is not functional and is being sold as-is. The original box is included, however the top half of the foam liner is missing.
