There is glue residue on the end of the locomotive. There are various spots of paint loss and heavy scratches throughout the locomotives. There horns on one of the locomotives are disfigured. There is rust on the wheels and wheel sets. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
