This is the Lionel 9308 MPC version of the classic operating aquarium car from 1981-84. The car is illuminated with fish printed on a clear filmstrip. When power is applied the filmstrip circles around the inside of the car which makes the fish appear to swim especially with the rippled windows. This car was made between 1981-84 and has the same vibrator mechanism like the original postwar version instead of the newer mechanism used in the more recent releases.
