There are heavy nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust present on all items included. Additionally, there are signs of paint wear, chipping, and heavy abrasions throughout their surfaces. Window liners are original and very discolored, brittle, and beginning to come apart. Vestibules show signs of heavy wear and previous use. When tested, the locomotive sometimes struggles to go and will benefit from a cleaning. Bulbs on some cars and vestibules will need to be replaced. One wheelset is missing from one of the cars, other wheelsets are brittle and will need to be replaced. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
