The 2454 was always lettered with the Pennsylvania roadname. Most, however, also carried the Baby Ruth candy logo to the left of the sliding doors. The plain 2454 Pennsylvania, without the Baby Ruth logo, is a difficult car to locate. The 2454 with the Baby Ruth logo is a somewhat common car. It was regularly included in freight sets produced by Lionel, as well as being available for separate sale. However, production amounts of all Lionel trains were low in the late 1940's and colleector quality examples are hard to locate. This car features die-cast stamped metal trucks, die-cast coil couplers, and metal wheels and axles.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance.
