This is an HO Scale Marklin 73161 Interior Lighting Kit from 2004-06. Can be used with the models of the TEE/IC vista dome cars in the 26727 train and in the 42995 car set. Suitable only for cars produced since 2002. It consists of a pickup shoe, 2 light bulb sockets, 2 light bulbs and connecting wires. The light diffuser is already present in the cars.
