This item appears to have been run, and displays overall signs of light previous use. The previous owner customized the item by adding a decal to the tender. There are scratches on the shell and chassis of this item. The wheels show signs of average run-time. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays excellent overall finish. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
