This is a Ngineering N1022-2 Super Incandescent LED 2x3 (2). Much smaller than the typical 3mm LED, this SMD device has a ceramic case with gold-plated solder pads on the back. Produces a very bright, pure white light output. Requires appropriate current limiting resistor, sold separately. Device Voltage: 3.6V DC, Current: 20 Ma, Average Life: 50-80,000 hours.
