The locomotive was completely non-functional when tested and is being sold As-Is. The locomotive's chassis is warped leaving the shell loose and rocking back and forth. The locomotive's cab piece is broken off. The grab-iron pieces at the cab entrance are bent and partially detached. The tender's step pieces are heavily bent. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of tarnish throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
