This item tested functional on DC power only however there was some slowness. The front truck is detached and included. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There is some minor tarnish spotting the body of this item. Very light fading can be seen on some areas of the surface of this item. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
