PECO, founded in 1946 in the United Kingdom, is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality model railway track and accessories. Initially producing individual track components, PECO later developed ready-made HO/OO track with fiber sleepers and introduced its iconic Streamline range in the 1960s. Known for its HO code 83 track and turnouts, which offer more prototypical rail height than code 100, PECO now produces products for nearly all UK scales. The company also publishes the Railway Modeller magazine and offers modeling courses for enthusiasts
