This is an MRC AH101 O Scale Dual Power Pack 027-270 Watt Transformer. 270 watts of big AC power, a single or dual walkaround capability, a whistle direction and brake controls, a programmable start voltage, a programmable acceleration momentum, a programmable deceleration momentum and it includes a walkaround throttle with memory. Its key features are: Massive, Controlled Power: Available to fulfill the high demand requirements of sophisticated AC layouts. Run Up to Two Trains: With a single walkaround you can easily control 2 locos by using the track select switch. Two jacks are available on the console so you can purchase an extra handheld controller and two engineers can run their train at the same time (Not for common rail circuits). Walkaround Control With Memory: The handheld controller with 15 feet of cord gives you freedom to move around your layout. The handheld controller has memory that allows you to unplug and move from one jack to another without affecting the train's operation. Programmable Start Feature: You can program the start voltage so that the locomotive will start as soon as you move the throttle. Accessory Terminals: Increase the life of your AC accessories with 10 volt AC and 14 volt AC terminals. Programmable Acceleration and Deceleration Momentum: When a real locomotive is given a throttle increase tThis is an delay until the preselected speed is reached. Likewise, when braking a full size, fast moving train tThis is an delay before it will respond. You can now program in the rate of acceleration delay or deceleration delay according to the load of your train. MRC's True Braking System: Now, brake without having to change direction.
