This is a United Models #23 Brass Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha 0-6-0 Steam Locomotive and Tender. The locomotive features all brass construction, a decorative bell, metal side rods, metal wheels and exquisite detail. The tender features all brass construction, metal wheels and axles and exquisite detail.
Upon its introduction during the 19th century, the 0-6-0 would quickly become one of the most widely used models in many rail-yards due to its versatility becoming a favored unit over its 0-4-0 and 0-8-0 counterparts. With their ability to operate on both heavy and light railways, the 0-6-0 would become a staple in rail-yards all over the world!
