This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. A few of the decals are beginning to peel off. This unit did not operate when tested, so it is being sold As-Is. There is rust throughout various sections of the underframe.
