Cyber Formula (C.F.), a race in which machines equipped with highly advanced navigation systems compete, has attracted many fans as the pinnacle of motor sports along with Formula One. The Issuxark 00-X3, introduced by Union Saver in the opening round of the 15th World Grand Prix in 2020, uses room-temperature superconducting linear wheels in its power unit in cooperation with Stormzender. In addition, the machine design was significantly changed with the introduction of a ""rolling cockpit,"" in which the cockpit swings from side to side during cornering to increase the internal downforce and improve the stability of the car. From the second half of the season, the power unit was returned to a conventional hydrogen engine, and the machine was equipped with a boost mechanism and the Messer wing synonymous with Issuxark, which greatly increased the performance of the machine. With this machine, Randall fought hard against the overwhelmingly fast Alzard NP-1 of Phil Fritz and the ? Asurada AKF-0 introduced by the Sugo team in the middle of the season.
