This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive is non functional due to bad PS1 board and is being sold As-Is. The locomotive's front pilot is completely snapped off. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This locomotive does not include DCS (Digital Command System) features because it has ProtoSound 1.0. Only locomotives with ProtoSound 2.0 and ProtoSound 3.0 include DCS functions.
