This is a MTH 20-80002A O Santa Fe F3 ABA Clear Body Diesel Engine Set w/PS1 #2344 from 2000. Included is a powered, a non-powered and a B-unit locomotive. Features include directionally controlled headlights, spinning roof fans, opening cab doors, illuminated number boards, lighted marker lights and cab interiors, 2 engineer cab figures in each A unit, 2 precision flywheel equipped motors in each A unit and is equipped with ProtoSound digital sound and train control system featuring squeaking brakes and passenger station proto effect sounds by QSI.
This locomotive does not include DCS (Digital Command System) features because it has Proto Sound 1.0. Only locomotives with Proto Sound 2.0 and Proto-Sound 3.0 include DCS functions.
This set has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item has not been tested and is being sold As-Is. There are light nicks, scratches and rust on the surface of the shells and chassis'. The chassis on one A unit shows heavy rust and corrosion. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this set.
