This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches on undersides of the units. There is some greasy residue on the underside of the locomotive from the previous owner. The display case packaging has not been unwrapped. The track piece for the display case might be slightly bent, as it appears to be through the wrapping. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
