Here is a Lionel 726 Vintage O Berkshire 2-8-4 Steam Locomotive & 2426W Tender from 1946-49. Features include a black painted die-cast shell with silver numbers, full complement of driving hardware, a three-position E-unit, a hinged boiler front, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, an ornamental bell, a decorative whistle, plastic and metal construction, metal trucks, metal knuckle and latch couplers and metal wheels and axles. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Both the locomotive and tender show nicks, scratches, and trim shows some light rusting beginning to form. Additionally, both items also show light signs of paint wear, chips, and light fading in the lettering. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
