Of course, Jack the German Sheppard is included and can be seen being walked past the building. Additional exterior details include flower boxes, and arrow graphics on the driveway. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been used, and displays overall signs of light previous use. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. There is bubbling in the paint on the roof. The edges of the base are worn. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays excellent overall finish. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
