This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. These locomotives show scratches, smudges and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The rails and steps are loose, bent or broken. Both shells are loose from the chassis. These is some glue residue on the diaphragms. One of the doors in the rear of the locomotive is missing. The instruction manual is not included. The original boxes are not included.
