Position Summary
We are seeking a bright, energetic Facility Maintenance Person for a part-time position, working out of our Buford office. The successful candidate will work with the facility maintenance manager performing a wide range of maintenance tasks in our two buildings in Flowery Branch and Buford coordinating maintenance for our 3 vehicles
Requirements
A candidate for this position must:
- · Be a naturally energetic, fast-moving person
- · Be assertive and mature, with good people/communication skills
- · Have general vehicle knowledge to assist with regular maintenance
- · Be able to perform minor warehouse maintenance upkeep
- · Be a team player and willing to fill in as needed in other departments
- · Assist with small warehouse projects
- · Be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
- · Have a good driving record (No CDL required)
- · Be able to travel to different warehouses within a 5-mile radius
- · Have a flexible “can-do” attitude and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks
- · Have the ability to work for long periods of time on your feet and climb various size ladders as needed
- · Be looking for a part-time permanent position
- · Be able to pass our drug-free workplace screening
- · Be a US Citizen or legally able to work in the US
