This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The metal track railing shows wear from previous use to include nicks, scratches, and light tarnish. The plastic ties also have light nicks and scratches, primarily on the turnout. There are areas of the plastic ties that have become loose and/or detached from the rails. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
