The Shipyard Brewing Company Building Front In HO Scale This kit is tall and wide but not too deep; it's a thin-profile building! Measuring almost 9 wide and almost as tall, the entire structure is only about 3-1/2 deep perfect for adding a working business in a limited space. As a background structure, it's ideal for making the transition between scenery and your painted or printed background. This laser-cut wood kit features plastic windows, diamond pattern self-stick roofing, white metal castings, a roof sign and detailed cupola. While Bar Mills calls it a brewery, it's suitable for plenty of other uses, so it'll be perfect on your layout.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are some minor trim damages. The previous owner has added some custom posters and used a personalized paint scheme. The shipyard building sign has been reattached with super glue. There is a small square of adhesive tape on the upper right corner of the back. There are two square shaped tears on the underside of the thin cardboard platform. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please see pictures for a better understanding of this items condition. Overall condition is Excellent.
