This is Con-Cor 93011 PCC Railcar Baltimore. President's Conference Committee (PCC) Streetcar powered, painted and lettered. Baltimore. Colorful commuter cars for city streets. Add classic commuter service to city scenes with these assembled replicas of the President's Committee Car (PCC). Used in many cities, the models are based on the pre-war design without the small standee windows above the main windows. The models are detailed to match Los Angeles car #3001 (built in May 1937), currently preserved and in operation at the Orange Empire Railway Museum near Los Angeles.
