Features architectural cardstock construction with laser-etched wall appliques, dimensional casing trim, positionable doors, acetate glazing, entry stoop and steps, fuel tank stand with drum, electrical meter socket, utility lead, roof stack and waste stack, 55-gallon drum, lamp reflectors, ladders and laser-cut rolled roofing and cut-to-size cap.

- 15% re-stocking fee if an item is not returned in its original condition.
