Here is a very hard to find Lionel 2545WS Vintage O Gauge Norfolk & Western Space Military Empty Set Box from 1959. Originally the set included a 746 & 746W steam locomotive with tender, 6650, 6175, 3419, 6470, 3540 and 6517 freight cars, plus track and a 175 rocket launcher. Measures 17 3/4" x 15 3/8" x 10 3/8" **This is the set box only and does not feature any other items, boxes, or liners.**
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. Add a great Postwar box to your current collection with this 2545WS Norfolk & Western Space Military Empty Set Box! The surface of this box shows signs of rips, tears, wear, and brittle edges. Additionally, sides of the box have a few holes and rips that go straight through to the inside. Previous owner has added pieces of small scotch tape in various places on the flaps from previously closing the box and this has ripped some of the original paint off. A few large gashes are also present on the bottom and sides. A few small holes created by a pencil stabbing through the cardboard are present. Internal flaps show heavy rips from where box was originally opened and wear over time. Inside has a few light stains and rips. This does not feature any other boxes or items. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Good.
