Here is a Lionel 6-7612 O Gauge State of North Carolina Boxcar #7612. This car is the from the famous Lionel Bicentennial Set from 1975-76. The complete set included the 1776 U36B Diesel, 13 boxcars numbered 7601 through 7613, each one commemorating one of the original 13 states in order of their admission to the Union, and the 7600 Caboose. This is a very sharp set and the decorations are attractive and well done. This boxcar features sliding doors, plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This item shows some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item is in overall excellent condition, free of broken trim pieces. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. Overall condition is Excellent.
