Here is a Lionel 6460 Vintage O Bucyrus Erie Crane Car from 1954. The 6460 Bucyrus Erie operating crane car was a continuation of the 2460 crane car with some manufacturing changes. The primary difference is the 6460 has four-wheel trucks while the 2460 has six-wheel trucks. Otherwise, the crane cars are very similar in appearance and operation. The crane was equipped with two functional crank handles. The rear crank operated the position of the boom while the side crank was used to raise and lower the hook. It has two 4 wheel trucks, a die-cast frame, a boom that raises and lowers, a hook that also raises and lowers, a cab that swivels and two operating magnetic couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. This item has small spots of rusting. The wheels show average run-time. This items original box is not included Overall condition is Very Good.
