Here is a Lionel Vintage O Operating Coal Loader & Milk Car Platform: #397 & 3462 [2]
Features for the coal loader when activated the motor turns the rubber drive belt which can load coal into a waiting car. In addition coal can be dumped into the loader from a car from a coal dump car such as the 3459 or 3469. The 397 is a classic Lionel accessory and can also be used in conjunction with the 456 Coal Ramp. It measures 10 inches long x 7 inches wide x 7 inches tall. Other features include metal and bake-lite construction.
Features for the milk car platform when activated by a UCS or RCS track section (sold separately) the figure pops out and drops a milk can on a waiting platform.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The milk platform has 6 milk cans with included. The coal loader is the coal loader only. These accessories show scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the body. These accessories show spots of rust throughout various sections of the body and on the metal hardware pieces. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
