Here is a Lionel ZW Vintage O 250 Watt 4 Train Transformer with Whistle. This ZW is the largest Lionel transformer and produced up to 250 Watts, it has controls to operate four trains, circuit breaker and whistle controllers (there are only two whistle controllers, and they are wired to the outer control arms). The ZW is one of the most reliable transformers ever made and will meet just about any power needs on a layout.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The lettering on the face of this transformer is partially faded. This transformer shows scratches and paint loss on the face, body, and base-plate. This transformer shows rust on the body and base-plate. The electrical cord is worn. There is several broken pieces on the transformer. The handle is broken on one side of the transformer. There is tape around the cord from previous owner. The screws has rust on them. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
