Here is a Marx 41821 Vintage O Santa Fe Diesel Electric Train Set. This set includes a 1095 Santa Fe Powered Diesel Locomotive with bright beam headlight, Non-Powered B-Unit Diesel Locomotive, 4528 Flatcar, 176893 Sliding Door Boxcar, 51100 Flatcar with car load, 1977 Caboose, and Remote Control 50 Watt Transformer. The track sections are not included with this unit.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive was tested and runs intermittently, it appears to slide across the rail rather than rolling. This unit is being sold as-is. The non-powered b-unit has become discolored with age and is slightly yellow. There is rusting on the axles of the freight cars and on the transformer. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis, as well as the transformer. The car load flat car unit is loose and the top load section can fall off with gentle pressure. These units have grime and dust buildup. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The wires included has some foam residue stuck to them from being in storage. The previous owner has placed stickers on this item's packaging. There are some extra wires included from the previous owner. The wheels show significant run time.
