This is a Viessmann Modellspielwaren 4570 HO Scale Motor Door & Gate Drive. The powerful and quiet drive unit in a flat design with a slowly swinging drive plate is ideal for the opening and closing of doors. The included decoder is integrated as a component inside the cable which makes the drive extra compact. It recognizes Marklin-Motorola and DCC format and can feedback on required theoretical and actual position by RailCom to appropriate digital command station, e. g. Viessmann Commander item 5320. End position, speed, and motion characteristics are configurable in which the feedback control offers sensitive impulses. Operation with variable end position for pivoting angle is possible, too. The decoder can also be used in analog mode and has an automatic diorama program with random movements (diorama mode). Additional configurable outputs for relays control, which can switch small loads like LEDs directly, complete the functional range. The drive plate provides an easy connection with doors, e. g. by gluing the movable parts. A figure can be mounted onto the movable drive plate which steps out life likely.
