This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted by the previous owner. The middle section of the tank car is painted black and the ends are still the original white. Most of the trim pieces are glued on and they are glued out of place so the trim pieces do not go into the notches on the unit so they all sit uneven. The wheels show average run-time. Some of the notches do not have trim pieces so it appears that some may be missing. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Restored - Very Good.
