This is a Walthers 933-3304 O And O-27 Scale Phoenix Fuel Corp. Industrial Structure Kit. During cold weather, this is one of the most popular businesses in town. Tank cars loaded with gasoline, heating oil and diesel fuel arrive here every week for distribution to local customers. With this kit, you can build a complete oil business to serve your model community. There's an office to keep the paperwork and store a few supplies. Large storage tanks are provided for the bulk oil products, along with plenty of piping to move petroleum around the complex. A great kit to detail those odd shaped lots along your railroad, the various components can be arranged to fit any available space. This kit can be easily arranged to fit your steam or diesel era layout and is designed for easy construction, the plastic kits feature snap-together walls so they can be taken apart and stored in their sturdy boxes between operating sessions. (Some gluing may be required for smaller details such as windows.) All parts are molded in color so no painting is needed. The kit is complete with colorful decal signs, interior lighting and assembly instructions. Dimensions are as follows: Office Building: 5-1/2 x 5-1/4 inches, Area for Tanks & Piping: 9 x 6 inches, Pump House: 3-1/4 x 3 inches. This kit is retired and no longer being manufactured by Walthers.
