This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches present on the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender. Rear truck on the tender is damaged, therefore wheelsets will not stay in place. Will need to be completely replaced. Additionally, dust has collected due to prolonged storage. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. This item is being sold AS-IS. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
