This is an American Model Builders 477 O Sonny's Shack 8 x 4 x 3 20.3 x 10.2 x 7.6cm. Designed for ease of construction, all Laserkit structures feature precision laser-cut basswood and plywood parts that assemble much like plastic kits. Unless noted, all kits feature peel-and-stick assembly windows with positionable sashes, doors, trim and roofing material. All walls and major assemblies have tab-and-slot construction. Kits may also include white metal and acrylic detail parts. Laser-cut peel and stick tarpaper over laser-cut roof and walls - no painting needed. Peel and stick batten strips and laser-cracked glazing complete this great farm outbuilding, shed or small business. This Kit Measures: 8 x 4 x 3 20.3 x 10.2 x 7.6cm.

- Return shipping if the return is not the fault of Trainz.
- 15% re-stocking fee if an item is not returned in its original condition.
