This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive has been tested and ran properly; however the locomotive did run on the slower side at full power. A Few small decorative trim pieces appear to missing from this item. There are light scratches along the body. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. The box has some edge wear, light creases and small tears. Please see our photos for a more detailed look Overall condition is Excellent.
