Here is the Bachmann 00626 HO Chattanooga Gauge Steam Starter Freight Train Set. Named for the famous Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railroad, this train set will revive the romance of old-fashioned train travel. This set features an 0-6-0 steam loco and tender with operating headlight and smoke, a plug door box car, an open quad hopper, a single dome tank car and an off-center caboose. Cars run on a 47 x 38 oval of E-Z Track(R), with 12 curved track sections, one piece of straight track and a plug-in terminal rerailler. Extras to help this layout appear in a more realistic setting include a suburban station, 48 figures, 36 telephone poles, 48 railroad and street signs, a power pack and illustrated instructions. Set contains 155 total pieces.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive has been tested and only runs on DC. The transformer has not been tested. The set is missing the signal bridge. The locomotive and tender has scuff marks and smudges throughout various sections of the shells. The locomotive and tender has scratches on the underside chassis. The boxcar 15034 has scratches, scuff marks, and spots of paint rash throughout various sections of the shell and underside chassis. The hopper 12988 has scuff marks and spots of paint rash in various sections of the side panels. The tank car 67927 has scratches and smudges of black paint throughout various section of the tank. The tank car has scratches throughout various sections of the underside chassis. The caboose has scratches and scuff marks throughout various sections of the roof and side panels. The transformer has scratches and smudge marks throughout the shell. The wheels show average run-time. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
